How does this work?

You contact us via email or through the contact page. We will coordinate together through email to identify what your desires are, whether it is possible, and how payment will work. We send you a shipping label to send your friend to us. You get a picture of your friend during their service. When they are all done, your friend will be lovingly packaged and shipped back to you.

I’m local. Can I drop my friend off and pick them up instead of shipping them?

Absolutely. This is a small operation so we can currently do this.

I have several friends that need attention. Can I have them receive services all at once?

Sure! Just coordinate with us through the contact page or email!

Not a question, but I’m scared about sending my friend away.

It’s okay to feel a little worried! You are trusting someone with the wellbeing of something precious to you. Everything that we do can be customized to exactly what you want. Want new stuffing but keep a little bit of the old? We got you! Want only unscented soap used during a cleaning? No problem! We will send you a picture of how your friend is doing during our services and will do whatever we can until you feel satisfied.
